Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Digital Macaroni LLC, doing business as Hey Anders, wants this website and the Anders apps to be usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we do

• Keyboard access throughout, a skip link, and visible focus indicators.
• Semantic structure: headings, landmarks, and labels on every form field.
• Support for browser zoom, text resizing and narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
• Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA, and status messages announced to screen readers.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images. Product previews are described in text and use sample data.
• Automated accessibility scans and manual review as part of website changes.

Known limitations

The product preview on the home page is a static illustration. Its controls are not interactive, and it is presented to assistive technology as a single described image. The Anders apps are in development; we will apply the same standard to them and publish any known limitations as they launch.

If you find an accessibility barrier, need information in a different format, or need help joining the waitlist, email hello@heyanders.com. Please describe the page, the feature and the help you need. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some linked websites and third-party services are controlled by their providers. We still welcome reports about barriers involving them and will work with the provider or offer a reasonable alternative where practicable.
