About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of heyanders.com and its email waitlist, operated by Digital Macaroni LLC, doing business as Hey Anders (“Anders,” “we,” “us”). Please read them before using the website or joining the waitlist.

These terms relate to the public website only. They do not establish a subscription agreement, a data-processing agreement, or permission for Anders to operate your clinic.

Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is free. By submitting your email, you ask us to send Anders product updates and early-access news. Use an email address you control or are authorized to provide, and make sure the details are accurate.

Joining does not guarantee access, a place in a particular launch group, a launch date, a price, or any specific feature. It creates no payment obligation. You can leave the waitlist by contacting us or replying to an update asking to stop.

You must be at least 18 years old to join. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to provide its information.

Product previews

Anders is in development. Screens, names, clinic examples, appointments, activity counts, and workflows displayed here are illustrative demonstrations, not live customer data or evidence of completed work. Features, design, availability, and pricing may change.

The website does not book real appointments, send messages to clinic clients, collect payments, or provide clinical services. Any future trial or subscription will be subject to the terms presented for that service.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its waitlist for lawful business evaluation. Do not:

• Submit another person’s information without permission, or provide clinic client records or sensitive medical information.
• Send spam, abuse the signup form, or attempt to disrupt the website.
• Try to bypass security, access data you are not entitled to see, or introduce malicious code.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship with Anders.

We may limit or block use that violates these terms or threatens the website’s security.

Content and ownership

We or our licensors own the website’s branding, copy, designs, and other content, except where otherwise indicated. You may view the site and share links to it. These terms do not grant rights to reuse our branding or distribute substantial parts of the site without permission. Any rights permitted by law remain unaffected.

Open-source assets remain subject to their respective licenses. The Cal Sans and Outfit fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains what this website collects and how waitlist details are used. Providing an email for updates does not authorize unrelated marketing, texts, calls, or access to clinic systems.

If you contact us with feedback, please avoid confidential client or health information. You are not required to provide feedback.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, change, or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the website and previews are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.

The content is general product information, not medical, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Do not use a preview as a clinical instruction or as a basis for a treatment decision.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If the website links to another service, that service is responsible for its own content and practices. Its own terms and privacy policy apply. A link does not imply endorsement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply going forward, and we will provide additional notice where required by law. Future product subscriptions will have their own agreement.
