Who we are

Digital Macaroni LLC, doing business as Hey Anders (“Anders,” “we,” “us”) operates heyanders.com. This policy covers this public website, its email waitlist, and messages you send us about them.

The Anders product is in development. This policy does not describe the processing of clinic client records, treatment information, payments, or other data in a future customer account. Appropriate product-specific notices and agreements will be provided before those services are offered.

What we collect

• Waitlist details. When a signup is successfully submitted, we store your email address and waitlist membership in Resend. Resend records when the contact is created and maintains email subscription preferences. Our server briefly holds a protected identifier derived from your email address to limit repeated attempts. The form does not ask for clinic clients’ information.
• Messages to us. If you contact us, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to include.
• Technical information. Website hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, and request times to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not send client records, medical information, treatment photos, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through this website or the waitlist.

How we use information

We use this information to maintain the waitlist, send the product updates and early-access news you request, respond to your messages, and keep the website secure and functioning.

Joining the waitlist requests emails about Anders. It does not enroll you in a paid service, authorize texts or calls, or give us access to your clinic’s records.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud to deliver the website and process signup requests, and Resend to store waitlist contacts, manage email preferences, and deliver requested updates. Your email is sent to our server, which validates the request and adds eligible contacts to the Hey Anders waitlist in Resend. The public website does not write to Cloud Firestore. Providers receive information needed to perform their services.

We do not sell waitlist information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights and address fraud or security incidents. If the business is transferred, information may be transferred with it subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy.

Providers may process information outside the place where you live, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. The signup form does not collect your browsing history or referring website.

The site does not track visitors across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be processed. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep waitlist information while it is needed to manage the waitlist and provide requested updates. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, except for limited information needed to honor communication preferences, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and limit access to people and providers who need it for these purposes. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or ask us to stop sending updates, by emailing privacy@heyanders.com. You may also use the unsubscribe link in an update or reply asking to be removed. Submitting the waitlist form again does not reverse an existing unsubscribe choice; contact us if you want to subscribe again. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your email address.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of information, or raise a concern with a privacy regulator. We respond to applicable requests as required by law.

Children

The website and waitlist are intended for adults evaluating software for their business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a material change affects information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
